Milano, 8^e June 2022 – BFF Banking Group informs that today are available to the public at the registered office of the parent company BFF Bank SpA (“BFFs“or the”Bank“) in Milan – Via Domenichino n. 5, on the authorized storage mechanism 1Info, as well as on the website of the BFF group in the Investors > Governance > General Meetings Documentation > General Meeting June 22, 2022the documents relating to the proposals for appointment submitted by a group of Shareholders for the integration of the Board of Statutory Auditors and the subsequent appointment of the Chairman, item put on the agenda first and only elementof the agenda of the Ordinary General Meeting of BFF convened for June 22, 2022 (the “Meeting of shareholders“).

Applications submitted must be accompanied by the required documentation, namely:

– the Curriculum Vitae and the list of positions held in other companies and entities in Italian and English.

– the declaration by which the candidate, in addition to the acceptance of the candidacy and the possible appointment of Statutory Auditor and Chairman of the College of Statutory Auditors, certifies, under his own responsibility, the non-existence of any cause of incompatibility or of ineligibility, and the existence of the legal and statutory conditions prescribed for the office.
