CBC Again is a listed company which holds 18.6% of the shares of KBC Group and which, together with Cera, MRBB and the other permanent shareholders, ensures the stability of the shareholding and the future development of KBC Group. As reference shareholders of KBC Group, they have signed a shareholders’ agreement to this effect.
