MHM Publishing is delighted to announce that eVTOL.com, the leading source of eVTOL industry information, will become part of the world’s most popular vertical lifting information website, verticalmag.com.
This move creates a single, convenient source for all vertical lifting information, from sector-by-sector coverage of the traditional helicopter industry to the emerging and transformative technology of the eVTOL world.
“We’re really excited to officially integrate eVTOL.com with verticalmag.com, giving our readers the most comprehensive picture of the vertical elevator world,” said Mike Reyno, Group Publisher, MHM Publishing. “This decision will benefit both platforms, with Vertical traditional rotary-wing audience will gain direct access to eVTOL.com’s expertise, while the latter will benefit from additional reporting resources from Vertical.”
Launched in 2019, eVTOL.com has quickly established itself as the leading source of information on the exciting and growing electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) and urban air mobility markets.
Over the next three years, it provided comprehensive industry coverage, including news from aircraft developers, suppliers, regulators, planners and investors. In addition to covering the latest news, it provides commentary and analysis on the evolving eVTOL landscape.
While eVTOL.com will have a new home within verticalmag.com, its readers will continue to find the same level of cutting-edge coverage, presented with a new design optimized for online reading. All stories published on eVTOL.com within the past three years will still be accessible.
Jen Nevans, editor of eVTOL.com, will continue to lead industry reporting – as well as cover stories for Vertical — in her new role as editor-in-chief of verticalmag.com. Industry coverage will also continue to be provided by established contributors at eVTOL.com, as well as vertical lifting experts at verticalmag.com.
The incorporation of eVTOL.com is part of a larger redesign of verticalmag.com, which will go live September 9th.
Vertical the reporting ranks were bolstered earlier this year with the arrival of veteran aviation journalist and photographer Glenn Sands, who took on the role of editor of Vertical value Magazine and senior online correspondent.
“Glenn joins us with a wealth of experience as a writer, photographer and editor specializing in the aerospace and defense industries,” Reyno said. “We are thrilled to have him on the team and allow our readers to benefit from his in-depth industry knowledge.”
Sands is based in the UK, but will cover industry news from around the world. He has written and edited a series of publications over the years, including Airplane Monthly, Jets, Air Forces Monthly, and Airplane illustrated.
More recently, Sands served as editor of Magazine of low-fare and regional airlines and Hub Rotor.
