IRON MOUNTAIN – Ryan Gordon of Iron Mountain has been selected as the 2022 Businessman of the Year by Upper Peninsula Business Today publication.
Gordon is the owner/broker of Stephens Real Estate, 1320 Carpenter Ave. at Iron Mountain. It has been the top-selling local agent for the past four years, while Stephens Real Estate has been the top-selling local office for the past 13 years. Additionally, Gordon was also voted UP’s Best Realtor for 2021 by Upper Peninsula Business Today’s “Best choices in the 906.”
His nomination noted that Gordon “truly goes above and beyond for his team at Stephens by offering regular performance reviews with bonus opportunities, instituting weekly training sessions to keep abreast of industry changes, and incorporating a feedback sharing program the growth.”
The nomination added that Gordon has “has created an attractive, modern and comfortable work environment that promotes collaboration and creativity. In 2021, he extended renovations to the building to include an on-site employee lounge, a special perk that further complements the healthy work-life balance he encourages everyone to maintain.
