MedHelper Announces Publication of Research Protocol

POINTE CLAIRE, QC, August 22, 2022 /CNW Telbec/ – MedHelper Inc.a Canadian health technology company, in collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, University of Sherbrooke and the CIUSSS de la Montérégie Centre, are pleased to announce that the research protocol for the MEDTEQ FSISSS project sponsored by the Government of Quebec has been published. The research protocol can be found on the JMIR Publications Website.
The project aims to identify the needs of patients living with a chronic disease and their healthcare professionals regarding their interactions with treatment; deploy an interactive patient-professional platform responding to identified needs; then document its effects and acceptability in a clinical context.
The platform will enable exchanges between patients and healthcare professionals that will facilitate chronic disease management, including the timing of medication use. During follow-ups, professionals will be able to obtain patient data securely and modify treatments as needed.
