Publication of the 2021 Universal Registration Document
including the 2021 annual financial report
The Aramis group announces the publication of its 2021 Universal Registration Document (Universal Registration Document 2021) including the annual financial report for the financial year ended September 30, 2021, filed by the Autorité des marchés financiers (Financial Markets Authority) on January 26, 2022, under number R.22-004.
The 2021 Universal Registration Document includes in particular:
- the annual financial report for the year ended September 30, 2021;
- the report of the board of directors on corporate governance, as well as the report of the statutory auditors relating thereto;
- information on the fees paid to the statutory auditors;
- the 2021 Extra-Financial Performance Declaration (Declaration of Extra-Financial Performance), as well as the report of the independent third party on this subject; and
- the description of the share buyback program.
The 2021 Universal Registration Document is available on the Aramis group website (www.aramis.group), in the Investors section, and on the AMF website (www.amf-france.org).
