Public Notice Juneau County Local Emergency Planning Committee Notice of Public Availability of Information LOCAL JUNEAU COUNTY EMERGENCY PLANNING COMMITTEE (LEPC) NOTICE OF PUBLIC AVAILABILITY OF INFORMATION UNDER USC CHAPTER 116 42 AND ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS UNDER WIS. STATS., 323.60 & 323.61 Subject to the requirements of Section 324 of Title III of the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act (SARA) of 1986, a notice is provided of the availability of information collected under Title III of SARA, also known as contingency planning. and the Community Right to Information Act (EPCRA). EPCRA submissions and information submitted or developed by the local Juneau County Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) are available for public inspection at the Juneau County Emergency Management Office located at 200 Oak Street Mauston, Wisconsin 53948 during regular business hours at 8:00 a.m. at 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Submissions, information, and available records may include, but are not limited to: – EPCRA County-wide Strategic Plan – EPCRA Offsite Response Plans for facilities – Reports of Chemical Inventory – Chemical Safety Data Sheets – Chemical Release Notification and Written Tracking Reports Note: Information available is limited to 42 USC Chapter 116 compliance and does not include all chemical information transport facilities and incidents that may pose a threat to human health, safety and the environment.
