SBJ Wins 3 Awards at Corporate Publishing Conference

Springfield Business Journal won three awards at the Alliance of Area Business Publishers annual conference.

SBJ received a Bronze Award for Best Website, a Silver Honor for Best Overall Design for Medium Tabloids, and a Silver Honor for Best Recurring Feature Among Medium Publications at the Editorial Excellence Awards taking place. are held June 11 in Columbus, Ohio.

The website run by digital editor Geoff Pickle, SBJ.net, was honored alongside Business News with a silver award and Crain’s Chicago Business with a gold award. Best of show is a contest between all event publications.

For Best Overall Design, SBJ was recognized for the layout and coverage of the Springfield-Branson National Airport news stories, Heartland Labs reports, and SBJ’s Economic Growth Survey, among others.
