SUBJECT: Publication of the minutes of the 2022 Extraordinary General Meeting No. 1/2022 on the Company’s website.

The Stock Exchange of Thailand

TQR Public Company Limited (the “Company”) “Company”) had held Extraordinary General Meeting No. 1/2022 on August 8, 2 0 2 2 at 2:00 p.m. electronically. In accordance with Electronic Conference Emergency Order BE2563, including other related rules and regulations, the minutes of this meeting have been submitted in full to the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

The Company has also made public the said minutes of Extraordinary General Meeting No. 1/2022 on the Company’s website, http://www.tqr.co.th, since August 15, 2022 as an additional channel for the communication of minutes to shareholders.
