The Board of Directors (the “Plank“) of Weibo Corporation (the “Company“) will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 (Hong Kong time) for the purposes of, among other things, approving the unaudited financial results of the Company and the announcement for the three months and six months ended June 30, 2022 (“Financial results for the second quarter and first half of 2022The Company will announce its second quarter and half year 2022 financial results on Thursday, September 1, 2022 (Hong Kong time) on the website of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited at www.hkexnews.hk and the Company’s website at http://ir.weibo.comafter The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited’s trading hours and before the US stock market opens.
The Company’s management team will hold a conference call at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 1, 2022 (Hong Kong time) to discuss the second quarter and interim 2022 financial results and answer questions. Participants wishing to join the teleconference must register via the public link below. The call and instructions will be in the confirmation email upon registration.
